We are excited to announce the 10^th Annual Run for the Roses Fundraiser Event, happening on Saturday May 2^nd at The Bus Stop Bar & Grille, 10014 Dixie Highway, Birch Run.

Saturday May 2, 2025 | 4pm Registration & Social Hour | 5pm Horse Races BeginYou’re invited to Enjoy a night Celebrating the Kentucky Derby and placing bets of your own in the Birch Run Derby. There are opportunities for Optional Betting, 50/50 Raffle, Ladies Hat contest, Basket Raffles & more. All proceeds will benefit the Birch Run Twp Fire Dept, Taymouth Twp Fire Dept & ConnEQtions Equine Therapy Program.7 Total Races | Single Elimination TOURNAMENT | A buy back option will take placePRIZES: 1st Place-$500 | 2nd Place- $300 | 3rd place- $200Individual Horse: $50 per horseCorporate Sponsorship Levels: WIN – $750 Level |  PLACE – $500 Level | SHOW – $250 Level

Social Hour: 4:00-5:00 PM

Races Begin: 5:00 PM

Live Band Performance: 8:30 PM

This year proceeds will benefit Birch Run Twp Fire Department, Taymouth Twp Fire Department, and ConnEQtions Equine Therapy Program which provides a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where individuals can grow, heal, and thrive.

PLACE - $500 Level

• 4 “Horses” in the races

SHOW - $250 Level

• 2 “Horses” in the races

• Business logo displayed

Add-On – Additional horses can be purchased for $50 each at any sponsorship level.

Fundraising Challenge

We are challenging the groups benefitting from this fundraiser to sell “horses”. The group that sells the most will win a special prize in addition to the event proceeds.
